A man of of movement, Andre Lumpkin hails from Athens, GA and is soon to take dance by storm. The Soothsayers first met Andre at Emory University, and in truth have been like brothers ever since. He has done everything from Contemporary to Jazz, Classical to Funk, and always manages to entertain. Though busy pursuing his passion, Andre took some time to sit and speak with Akoda and Aseda to discuss what’s it’s like to be a Black man in the world of dance.
